Berkshire Chamber Welcomes David Westall to Speak on Green Building Techniques at Good News Business Salute Breakfast

PITTSFIELD, MA — The Berkshire Chamber of Commerce will host its second Good News Business Salute of 2012 on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at the Berkshire Hills Country Club, located at 500 Benedict Road in Pittsfield from 7:45 – 9:00 AM. The cost to attend is $25 for Berkshire Chamber members and $35 for non-members and includes a breakfast buffet. This event is sponsored by MountainOne Financial Partners.

The Berkshire Chamber’s Good News Business Salute Breakfast seeks to showcase "good news" in the Berkshires to create a positive environment for business while promoting quality jobs and celebrating the spirit of success. Businesses to be honored with “good news” recognition include The Brien Center Cranwell Resort, Spa and Golf Club, Lee Premium Outlets, MountainOne Financial Partners, and Pittsfield Veterinary Hospital. Pittsfield's First Fridays ArtsWalk will also receive special community recognition.

Serving as the event's keynote speaker is David Westall, principal of Westall Architects. Prior to establishing Westall Architects, David worked as an independent architect for more than 20 years and spent seven years working as Assistant Director for Architectural Services at Williams College. David's address will focus on emerging green building techniques. Diana Brooks, principal of Diana Brooks Associates, will emcee the event. Diana provides training, teambuilding, coaching, and consulting services.
